CHARLIE MASON WINS CLUB'S APRIL PLAYER OF THE MONTH AWARD

Huge congratulations to Charlie for receiving the Club Player of the Month award for March.

U7 Roma Coach, John, put forward Charlie for the following reasons:

Charlie is a solid defender and is often at the heart of our team. He gives it his all every week and can be seen sprinting between the goal and halfway line – always holding a good position. Over the past few weeks Charlie has experimented with getting up the field when on the break and for corners, it paid off on 30th May when he bagged his first goal against Winslow United – a screamer from the edge of the box. Congratulations Charlie!!

It was the blend of Charlie's evident effort and positional play, plus that screamer of a goal that clinched the Committee's vote this month.
