This evening when U8 Porto arrived for their weekly training session at Mentmore Park, they were joined by a very special guest - Kevin Owusu, MK Dons coach and Football in the Community Deliverer.

Kevin led the whole training session with the team, focusing on passing skills and on movement into space, using a variety of games and exercises. Even more than that, Kevin discussed the session set up and gave out a number of useful coaching tips with U8 Porto coaches, Andy and Pedro, so that they can use this as a learning opportunity to take their coaching sessions to the next level.

This is the first of a series of training sessions delivered by MK Dons over the remainder of this season and into the next, with the next one being with our U7 team Bayern on the 10th June and the week after that with our U9 Flamengo squad.

Linslade Galaxy FC are very excited about this partnership with MK Dons, which can only lead to the Club, its players and its coaches going from strength to strength!
