Unfortunately our league game against Delapre Dragons was called off at short notice, so a hastily arranged friendly against Willen U10 Panthers saw the team get some practice in.

Willen had won all their games in U-10 Division one and had decided to play up a year after Xmas and compete in U-11 Division 2 to test their players.

In the end, and probably as expected, Spartak had far too much for the skillful and energetic Willen team and ran out comfortable 9-1 winners.

In the goals for Spartak were Jack P (3), Luke (2), Matthew (2), Niall & Oliver.

This week Niall was awarded Gartec player of the week for his support play and well taken goal.
