U12 Spartak started the season hoping for a top six finish. But thanks to the coaching of Steve and Dan, and the great efforts of the team, they surpassed all expectations and finished third in a highly competitive U12 Division 1 division.

As the top two teams had an equal record the MKDDL awarded U12 Spartak with a runners-up trophy and medals for all the players in the end of season league presentations.

Coach Steve in picking up the trophy thanked the league for all their efforts, congratulated the winning teams and could not hide his pride towards this talented group of players.

Afterwards the team celebrated what had been a fine season, including three tournament successes! The team lined up for a team photo with four trophies from one season. Coach Steve will need to get a large trophy cabinet!
