Despite the scoreline, Porto were committed and battled hard throughout. In an even first half they only fell behind after a loopy shot from outside the box went in.

The team continued to fight well in the second half despite conceding two more goals. They kept trying to play but couldn't break them down. At the other end, they were limited to half chances.

Player of the match was Fred, who was solid throughout, defended well and covered at the back to clear danger.

There were lots of positives to take away from this game and things to build on ahead of the final two games of the season. The desire is there, sometimes just getting tighter and giving more options on the ball will help. An area to build on is creating chances when chasing the game.
