Galaxy kicked off positively and went almost immediately on the attack after play from Theo in defence who passed to Nat out wide and Josh and Nat ran together up the wing before earning the first corner of the match which was unfortunately turned into a Shenley counter attack which saw a through ball hit the net 1-0 Shenley.

Galaxy kept their heads up high from kick off and Cian worked the ball through the midfield and when passed to Nat, a free kick was earning just outside the box. Nat took the kick which hit the crossbar and despite the calls for a goal, the linesman thought otherwise and so it was no goal. For the next 20 minutes play went forwards and backwards with no clear opportunities but with a couple of minutes to go, Shenley scored a second.

Galaxy went into the second half strong like the first but again, like the first half Shenley scored an early goal that was a great shame to the Galaxy defenders who had done great to hold the attack off. Galaxy were mostly on the back foot for the majority of the second half but saw a few corners achieved by Beau's through balls but nevertheless Shenley managed to score another despite the galaxy attempts. 4-0 Shenley.
